¿Dónde nos encontramos?

Nos reuniremos en un lugar céntrico y de fácil acceso (plaza de armas). Los detalles exactos le serán proporcionados al contratar el tour ya que dependerá de la ruta seleccionada. También se puede acordar la salida desde su hotel si no está muy lejos del recorrido de la ruta, en ese caso se detallarán los datos del hotel. Para optimizar el tiempo ,sugerimos salir desde los puntos iniciales de las rutas y estar en el punto de encuentro 15 minutos antes para evitar esperas

¿Cuáles son las condiciones de pago?

El pago se hace  en el momento en que usted confirma su reserva en efectivo o si lo prefiere por transferencia bancaria a una cuenta que se le facilitará. Tambien es posible abonar el 20% del servicio antes de empezar el tour. El pago es reembolsable si tenemos que cancelar debido a las incidencias del mal tiempo y no podemos volver a programar. Todos los otros pagos no son reembolsables. 

¿Qué incluye el tour?

El tour incluye un reportaje fotografico de la ruta seleccionada en Santiago de al menos 4 horas y unas 70 fotografias seleccionadas. 

¿Cómo recibiré mis fotos?

Un CD con todas sus fotos que le será entregado en su hotel en un plazo de 12 horas después del phototour más una impresión de la mejor foto.

¿Where do we stand?

We will meet in a central place with easy access (Plaza de Armas, Main Square).
The exact details will be provided when booking the tour as it will depend on the selected route.
If your hotel is near to the Photo Trek Route, we can meet there.
To optimize the time, we suggest to start from the initial points of the routes  and be at the meeting point 15 minutes early to avoid waiting 

¿What are the payment terms?

Payment is in cash to be done to confirm your booking, or if you prefer by transfer to an account that will be provided.

Also It is possible to pay the service photocity trek tour  before starting the tour on payment of 20% of the total amount for the booking.
The payment is refundable if we have to cancel for bad weather incidents or if we can’t re-program the tour. All other payments are non-refundable. 

¿What does the tour include?

The tour includes a photo report of the selected route in Santiago of at least 4 hours and about 70 pictures.

¿How will I receive my photos?

A CD with all the photos that will be delivered to your hotel within 12 hours after the Photo tour and a photographic print 20x30cm of the best photo.
